Qualification/Experience:-
- MBA (HR) or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from a HEC Recognized University with 12-16 years of relevant experience in Recruitment/HR within a university setting.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Supervise and lead a team of recruiters and HR professionals and provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure the team's effectiveness and professional development.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract exceptional candidates for faculty, administrative, and staff positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, academic departments, and external partners to enhance the university's recruitment efforts.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the overall HR and the institution’s goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies related to recruitment, ensuring compliance with NUST hiring standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and promote the organization's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the recruitment budget efficiently, optimizing resources while delivering results.
- Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and fostering an inclusive hiring culture.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition, and incorporate them into recruitment strategies.
- Identify areas for process improvement, within the recruitment section and implement changes and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and drive continuous improvement.
