Job Description:
Qualification/Experience:-

Essential:

- MS (Marketing / Business Administration/ International Relations/ Management) with 02 of years’ experience in international student advising and support, international collaborations, global engagement. 

Desirable:
- Foreign Qualification will be given preference with experience in University international office/ registrar office/ student affairs office. 

Required Skills:
- Candidate must have strong administrative, organization skills, excellent interpersonal & communication skills, quick thinker and driven by energy and enthusiasm. 

-The candidate must be able to work independently and in teams. 

Key Responsibilities:-

- Act as first point of contact for International students, deal with matters related to HEC NOC, visa tracking, ensure internal coordination for accommodation and messing support from NUST Dtes, coordination for arrival of students, reception of students. 
- Arrange orientation of international students, draft guidelines/ promotional material for brochures to assist international students before and after joining NUST, arrange semester meet ups to discuss problems, surveys excursions and outings. 
- Assist in student exchange (inbound and outbound) and study abroad scholarships nominations and selection.
- Provide student and staff counseling for outbound mobility opportunities, manage NUST Scholarship Champions and schedule International Scholarship Webinar series thrice every semester.
- Coordinate and attend relevant meetings, events, presentations, related to international student support. 
- Data consolidation for internationalization from all NUST schools, newly inducted NUST  foreign qualified faculty feedback regarding Internationalization efforts, data of international students and faculty members at NUST. Gathering data from Schools, Registrar Office, PGP Dte and hostels and then compiling it and developing reports
- Manage NIO webpage in terms of outbound and inbound exchange, international scholarships and focal persons
- Undertake any other assigned activities by NUST senior management.
