• PhD degree in the relevant field recognized by HEC with 10 years teaching/research experience in a recognized institution/college/ university OR 05 years post-PhD teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized university or post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization. Experience with the use/development of educational technologies for class room teaching or distance learning will be preferred.  

• Ten (10) Publications with at-least four (04) publications in the last 05 years in HEC recognized category ‘w’ (with Impact Factor)/ISI indexed journals.
