Master's degree in IT or 16 years IT Experience.
At least 3-4 years professional experience.
Experience with IT methodologies and project management tools.
Experience with developing, designing and managing content management system.
Strong organizational skills for developing, management, and coordination of multiple projects/schedules.
Proficient with MS suite of products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within organization, as well as external vendors.
Strong Leadership capabilities.
Additional Requirements:
Experience in LMS Development.
Advanced level E-Learning Strategies and implementation and development methodologies.
IT Experience (PHP, MySQL, Moodle, Joomla, Drupal)
