Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or Operations Research from university of international repute with specialization in Water, Energy, Food (WEF) Nexus, energy information systems, system modeling to undertake teaching and research. Minimum 5 years experience out of which 3 years in management position. Work experience with Government donors and civil society is preferable.
