The Deputy Director will be responsible for day-to-day project management, including management of staff, activities and oversight of monitoring, evaluation and reporting with the following requirements:

A minimum of five years of progressively more responsible experience managing donor supported Higher education and human and institutional capacity development projects;

• A demonstrated ability to work collegially and productively with a variety of partners and stakeholders;   

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, preferably from internationally recognized university;

• Significant contract and/or grant management experience; and

• Ability to participate in all representation and technical meetings in English; speaking Urdu is preferred. Relevant experience in the US will be preferred.
