A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent along with a work experience of over 8 years with organizations that receive grants.
• Work experience on pass through Grants and student Scholarships awarded under USAID funded projects.
• A firsthand experience on maintaining relevant records required under HR department for staff. .
• Experience of working on projects funded by international donors in the field of education. Work experience directly or indirectly with Universities/Autonomous bodies established will be a plus.
• Working experience with Quick Books (QB) is a PLUS.
