A minimum of Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated working experience with international organizations or local organizations/institutions funded by international donors. 

• 2-3 years relevant experience with Autonomous Bodies/Universities is highly desirable. 

• Knowledge of relevant ADS that deals with exchange programs and visa compliance under USAID funded project.

• Ability to balance work within a team environment while working with minimal supervision; Strong negotiation, organizational, excellent communication & computer, and interpersonal skills.
