PhD degree in Thermal/Chemical/Mechanical Engg field from institution recognized by HEC in consultation with PEC. 10 years teaching experience and at least 4years experience at Post PhD level in HEC recognized University or a postgraduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization will be required.
OR
5 years post-Ph.D teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.
10 research publications with at least 4 in the last 5 years in only HEC recognized category “W” (with Impact Factor)/ISI Indexed Journals.
Eligibility:
Candidate holding PhD degree in Thermal/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering with specialization in combustion, thermal power, gas turbines, and CFD from university of international repute, to undertake teaching/research/establish relevant labs and develop curriculum in conjunction with US university counterparts. Candidates must demonstrate effective graduate level teaching in an engineering related discipline, strong written and oral communication skills. Candidates must have the ability to work with a diverse professional and community population to develop new specializations in the discipline. Candidates must demonstrate a record of publications in peer-reviewed journals and obtaining external funding.
