MBA/ MSc/ MS/ Equiv (preferably in Management/ HRM/ HRD/ OB/ OB) from a HEC recognized local/ foreign university. Individuals must have 3-5 year’s relevant experience in related field.
OR
BS/ Equiv with 10 years experience in relevant field.
Individuals with knowledge of designing training modules, identifying training needs, conducting training and searching training opportunities for workforce will be preferred. Individuals must be able to disseminate all training information to all employees and be able to seek internal as well as external training opportunities.
Candidates are required to get their degrees verified from HEC or the Concerned Institution and will attach Scanned copies of their documents (Academics/Professional) along with their CVs.
Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:-
- 3rd div in academic career;
- NUST employees having less than 02 year’s service with NUST;
- In process of pursuing a degree.
