National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) invites applications from qualified & experienced individuals for the post of Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist in Center for Advanced Studies in Energy (CAS-EN), a US-AID funded project being executed at NUST.
Job Description:
The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist shall be responsible for coordinating the development of a performance management plan for the project, including performance monitoring criteria.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- A Master's degree from an accredited well renowned university in a relevant field.
- A minimum of five years of monitoring and evaluation experience using USAID or similar systems and templates with at-least three of these years preferably working on a higher education programs. Centre for Advanced Studies in Energy-NUST.
- Strong M&E skills, data analysis and report writing skills required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and English language proficiency is required. Knowledge of Urdu and other local languages preferred.
