Graduate in Engineering Sciences/Business Administration/Marketing/equiv from a reputed HEC recognized university/institute. Individuals who have done Masters in Business, Entrepreneurship or related field from a reputed HEC recognized university/Institute and Bachelors in Computer Sciences will be preferred. 

Individuals should have 1-2 years experience in the technology industry, especially as a technology entrepreneur (with demonstrable knowledge of technology trends, market research, etc.) Experience with a technology start-up and in business technology incubation will be preferred.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A demonstrated capacity to follow through projects independently;

- The ability to liaise/network effectively with people within and outside the organization; 

- The ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis and;

- The ability to develop presentations for prospective investors.

Individuals with strong networking/communication skills with a sound knowledge of business plans and financials will be preferred. Candidates with start-up related training and business/technology incubation training/certifications will be preferred. 

The individual will be responsible for:

- Coordination in all strategic initiatives of TIC senior management, with both internal (incubatees) and external stakeholders.

- Structuring, maintaining and growing a network of Mentors, Investors and Board of Advisors for TIC Incubatees.

- Assistance in development of business roadmap and financial models for TIC incubatees.

- Any other task as assigned by superiors.

- 3rd div in academic career;

- NUST employees having less than 02 years’ service with NUST;

- In process of pursuing a degree
