Qualification/Experience:
Masters in Social Sciences/equiv from an HEC recognized University. MBA qualified individuals will be preferred. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and a five year's experience in conducting/supervising training. Individuals having experience in a professional development organization or training center will be preferred.
Job Description:
This role will encompass:
- Helping GM Professional Development Center in planning, managing and facilitating all training and development activities for the center
- Conducting proactive research on clients' needs, training curricula/content development and competitor products
- Ensuring that the goals of the center are met through vertical and lateral satisfaction of all stakeholders.

- Understanding of management of training institutes
- Understanding of relationship management
- Knowledge of financial management
- Strong knowledge of sales & marketing techniques
