National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) invites applications from qualified & experienced individuals for the post of Internal Auditor in US Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Energy (USPCAS-E), a US-AID funded project being executed at NUST.
Qualification/Experience:
CA(Finalist)/CIA/CICA/Member of a recognized body of professional accountants or Equivalent with Articleship from a CA Firm. Candidate must have conducted/finalized non-profit organization (foreign funded projects) and public sector external/Internal audits during his articleship. Must have strong grip on donor agencies (foreign funded projects)and government rules and regulations as applicable in Pakistan. Knowledge and on hand experience regarding accounting software and tax laws will be preferred.
Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible to work under the direction of project audit committee for formulation of controls for the project and to improve efficiency and effectiveness in compliance with applicable university, donor agency and government rules, regulations and policies. To produce high quality audit reports and present for review to the project audit and review committee.

Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:-
- 3rd Div in academic career;
- NUST employees with less than 02 years of service with NUST;
- In process of pursuing a degree.
