Qualification
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) / MSc in relevant field from HEC recognized university.
OR
- Retired Armed Forces personnel (Major or Equivalent) are also eligible to apply
Experience
- Minimum five (05) years of experience of Procurement especially in Public Procurement in any recognized organization / university.
- Experience in preparation of procurement documents & procedures / procurement guidelines (including procurement of equipment & civil works) will be preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Execute RFQ.
- Manage tendering processes to ensure a commercially sound outcome
- Knowledge of PPRA rules and PEC documents.
- Be able to produce contract documentation for goods, services & projects, including technical specifications & agreement documents.
- Inventory Management of all kinds of commodities.
- High Level of Integrity.
- Knowledge of Resource Management in big organization.
