Post Doctorate in the relevant field from international reputed university.
Experience
Essential
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Research & Development and Academic Management.
- Must be well conversant with research productivity and management as well as significance of research in university international ranking.
Desirable
- Extensive professional experience in research administration and responsible conduct & compliance of research.
- Understanding of working in an international Higher Education Sector.

- Ability to analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, trend reports and research agenda.
- Creative, passionate, quick thinker, driven by energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with all internal stakeholders of the university.

Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:-
- 3rd Div in academic career/weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than two (02) years service with NUST.
- In process of pursuing a degree.
- Medically unfit.
