Qualification
- Master’s degree from an accredited university or a specific certification in the field of media, communication and report writing.
Experience
- 05 years of experience in advocacy, communication and outreach activities at the national and/or international level.
- Individuals are also expected to have extensive management experience (02 years) with communication, branding and marketing departments of USAID projects.
- Individuals that have a deep familiarity with USAID policies and practices, particularly in the field of education will be preferred.
- Candidates with solid understanding of USAID policies and practices in communication within the Pakistani context during previous experience with USAID in Pakistan will be strongly preferred.
- Those that have strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop relations with local counterparts, donors and other stakeholders are good prospects for this post.
- Individuals must have demonstrated innovation & success in staff and local partner capacity-building and in participatory, flexible and gender-sensitive programming and implementation.
Additional Requirements
- Individuals must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Urdu and/or other local Pakistani languages is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of using MS Office at a proficient level is expected.

- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than two (02) years’ service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a degree.
- Medically unfit.
