Qualification
Essential
- Bachelors in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering from HEC recognized university.
Desirable
- Masters in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering from HEC recognized university.
- Retired Armed Forces Personnel (Major or equivalent with requisite experience are also eligible to apply.
Experience
Essential
- Minimum five (05) years of experience of dealing with students related affairs like admissions, Registration, Financial Assistance, Convocation etc.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics (KSAOs)
- Possess good public dealing skills.
- Office Management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all NUST Institutions / Directorates.
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and manage relationship with all internal and external stakeholders of the University.
- Demonstrate ability to build, manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced dynamic academic / education environment.
- Good managerial skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent IT Skills.
Candidates are required to get their degrees/certificates verified from Concerned Institution/HEC and will attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics/Professional) along with their CVs.
Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:-
- 3rd Div in academic career/weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than two (02) years service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a degree.
- Medically unfit.
