Qualification

Essential:
- MS / MBA  from HEC recognized local / foreign university / institute
- Retired Armed Forces Personnel (Lt Col / Col / Equiv) are also eligible to apply

Desirable:
- MBA HR / MSc HRM from HEC recognized foreign university 

Experience

Essential:
- Seven (07) years’ experience as a HR generalist in any reputable university / organization 
Desirable:
- Ten (10) years’ experience as an HR generalist in any reputable university / organization.
- Experience as a Recruitment Specialist will be preferred

- Analytical skills & Multitasking skills
- Good interpersonal, leadership, negotiation & communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and People Management skills
- Ability to understand problems and take prompt decisions.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with all internal stakeholders of the university.
- Well conversant with MS Office.
- Have a flexible approach to work. 
- Commitment to ethical professional practice. 
- Exposure to HR related issues.     
- Social Media Knowledge
