Qualification
Essential
- Masters in Engineering / Engineering Management or in relevant field from HEC recognized university
Desirable
- PhD in Engineering or in relevant field from HEC recognized university (local / international)
Experience
Essential
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in technical & project management, procurement and contracting.
- Understanding of working in an international Higher Education Sector with particular focus on research management
Additional Requirements
- Demonstrate ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced dynamic / educational environment.
- Good interpersonal, leadership, communication & IT skills.
- Strong research, management, analytical and decision making skills.
- Ability to differentiate between day to day operational needs and long term university strategic goals.
Training / Certification
- Certification in Project Management
Candidates are required to get their degrees / certificates verified from Concerned Institution / HEC and will attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional) along with their CVs.
Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:-
- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees having less than 02 years’ service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a degree.
- Medically unfit.
