Qualification & Experience

CA. Additional professional qualification will be an added advantage.

At-least 15 years of relevant experience with minimum 5 years in senior corporate management role.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

a. Provide financial leadership through resource generation, effective budgeting and investments of the endowment funds to maximize return

b. Capable to develop short term / long term business plans and suggest strategic input for financial decisions with a long term vision.

c. Establish, enforce and monitor the policies and procedures for efficient and smooth operations.

d. Capable to evaluate and analyze the alternative investment options.

e. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions.

f. Experience of PP transactions as well as expertise in due diligence, feasibility analysis and proposal reviews.

g. Skilled in engaging potential partners / investors for the promotion and commercialization of start-ups.

h. Knowledge of GAAP, Tax and Corporate Laws, PPRA & Public Sector rules is a must.

i. Should be a team player and skilled in meeting deadlines.

j. Commitment to ethical and professional practice.

k. Ability to create positive environment through passion, energy and leadership traits.
