Qualification
Essential
- MBA / MS from HEC recognized reputed foreign / local University / Institution.
Desirable
- Master’s Degree in Training related subject from HEC recognized reputed foreign / local University / Institution.
Experience
Essential
- Minimum Seven (07) years dynamic work experience in designing and creating corporate training programs in any HEC recognized Institution / reputable organization.
- Proven experience in developing, managing and evaluating training modules, focused programs, resources, orientation and other related T&D Services.
Desirable
- Certified trainer with advance level knowledge and experience. Also worked as lead consultant / trainer in any leading multinational firm.

- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to research, learn and utilize theoretical approaches and best practices for training and development
- Proven experience facilitating highly engaging presentations, group sessions and workshops.
