-    MS in Project Management / Civil Engg or Equivalent  from a HEC recognized local / foreign university / institute

-    BSc / BS in Civil Engineering from a HEC recognized local / foreign university / institute.

Retired Armed Forces personnel (Col / Lt Col or equivalent) with requisite experience are also eligible to apply

EXPERIENCE:

12 years of relevant experience of working with some reputed local / foreign construction firm.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

-    Individual must be able to:

-    Possess excellent experience of civil work especially development work.

-     Thorough knowledge of FIDIC and PEC regulation.

-    Should have functional knowledge of scheduling and risk analysis.

-    Fluent in change order evaluation.

-    Carry out feasibility reports and recommend economical construction solutions.

-    Always committed to professional assignment with strong inclination towards structure/infrastructure development works.

-    Should have a positive attitude towards post, risk taking ability and ability to think out of the box.

-       Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:-

-       3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.

-       NUST employees with less than two (02) years’ service with NUST and / or absence of NOC & recommendation from Head of Institution.

-       In process of pursuing a degree.

-       Medically unfit.

-       Only selected candidates will be contacted & issued Offer Letter. Other candidates with good profiles may also be selected as “Reserve"
