Qualification:

Essential

-    Masters in Business Administration (MBA), with specialization in Marketing, from HEC recognized university.

Desirable

-    MBA with bi-major (dual specialization) in Marketing & Finance from HEC recognized university.

or

Masters in Marketing / Marketing Strategy from HEC recognized university.

Experience:

-    6-8 years of relevant work experience in the Marketing department of a reputed organization, with a portfolio including market research, competitive analysis and strategy development.

-    Management of multi-functional teams.

Well versed in market research methodologies, data analytics, and development and management of Decision Support Systems.

Additional Requirement:

-    Understanding of organizational functioning, culture and working methodologies.

-    Ability to get tasks accomplished through coordination with other departments.

-    Enthusiasm, creativity and self-motivation.

-    Ability to meet multiple deadlines and work effectively in high-pressure environment.

 -       3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.

-       NUST employees with less than two (02) years’ service with NUST and / or absence of NOC & recommendation from Head of Institution.

-       In process of pursuing a degree.

-       Medically unfit.
