The applicant will be responsible to keep control over the documents/records generated in planning and execution of the project, maintaining timely records so as to eliminate the possibility of lagging behind the given targets, effectively follow the standard operating procedure for submission of documents to all stake holders, ensure that all documents have no errors in file names, submission and preparation of all documents and coordinating with employees to perform regular audit on documents in order to ensure that all in and out documents are properly maintained and responsible for file validation.  Applicant should have Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years experience or Office Management Diploma with 10 years experience of maintaining computerizing and controlling the information /documents with immense exposure of Project Coordination. Orientation towards Engineering Industry will be an added advantage. He/She should be able to perform detail oriented work with a high degree of accuracy, plans, organizes and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule.
