MBA in Engineering Management, Marketing or Finance from a Leading University recognized by HEC.
Minimum 6-7 years experience in Strategic Planning or related discipline.
Strong Analytical and Interpersonal Skill, Global Perspective and understanding of the Scientific aspects of Strategic Planning.
Must have proven track record of accomplishment and experience of working effectively at a middle management level.
Should have strong knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures.
Must have good Judgement skills, which are needed for planning and accomplishing Strategic goals.
Should have firm grasp of Economics, Financial analysis and market research.
