QUALIFICATION:
Essential:
-
DAE (Civil)
from recognized institution. Desirable:
-
Bachelors in
Technology/Engineering (Civil) from a HEC recognized local/foreign
university/institute.
Retired personnel
from engineering organizations in the field of Const of Building and roads
especially from
FWO, Engr NLC, MES, NHA. NLC, CWO, DW&CE and Housing Dte etc with requisite experience are also eligible to
apply.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum
6-8 years of relevant experience of working with some reputed local/foreign
construction firm.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Individual
must be able to:
- Project estimate / Bill of Quantities (BOQs)
- Thorough knowledge of FIDIC and PEC regulation.
- Carry out feasibility reports and recommend economical construction
solutions.
- IPCs, Final Bill
- Escalation Claim
- VOs / DOs
- Rates of Non BOQs Items
