Qualification:
Masters degree in Business Administration, Chartered Accountancy or a related field.
Experience:
15+ years' relevant experience with at least 5 years in a senior management role, especially in an HEI, commensurate the job responsibility.
Experience in establishing, enforcing and monitoring policies and procedures for efficient and smooth operations.
Required Skillset
Strong understanding of business development strategies and planning.
Excellent executive-level leadership, communication and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated analytical, operational and project management skills.
Superior people skills and ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
