Qualification
Essential
- BSc / BS in Civil Engineering from a recognized HEC university
Desirable
- MS / MSc in Civil Engineering from a recognized HEC university
- Retired Armed Forces personnel Col /Lt Col (or equivalent) from the Corps of Engineers with requisite experience are also eligible to apply
Experience
Essential
- Minimum twelve (12) years relevant experience of construction and maintenance.
Desirable
- Fifteen (15) years relevant experience of construction and maintenance.
- Retired Armed Forces Officers from Corps of Engineer, served with an Engineering organization in the field of construction of buildings and roads especially from NLC, CWO, DW&CE and Housing Dte..
Additional Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of PPRA rules and PEC regulation.
- Should have functional knowledge of scheduling, risk analysis and Auto CAD.
- Fluent in change order evaluation.
- Possess excellent experience of civil work especially building works.

- Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:-
- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than two (02) years’ service with NUST and / or absence of NOC & recommendation from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted & issued Offer Letter. Other candidates with good profiles may also be selected as “Reserve"
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed Forces etc may apply through their respective parent department / organizations. Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
