Master’s degree in Education/Leadership/Management Related field/ Equivalent; Preferably doctorate in any of the above-mentioned fields.
At least 16 years’ experience in the capacity of Principal or Vice Principal in any Renowned National Educational Institution.
-Able to evaluate teachers and staff to ensure the adherence of standardized curriculum as well as identify the key areas for improvements
- Able to discipline students as per the school policy and ensure compliance with campus rules, including attendance policy and dres' code etc.
- Able to regularly collaborate with teaching staff, parents and students for the provision of the best education and help them achieve professional and academic goals.
- Able to create a dynamic team by participating actively in the hiring and training of all employment-related activities.
- Able to guide and counsel students regarding their academic and non-academic goals and assist in implementing behavioural modification programs.
- Able to establish curriculum guidelines in collaboration with other instructors and administrators within the school and also ensure adherence to the set guidelines.
- Able to grant proposals and oversee budgetary requirements, determine as well as allocate budget for materials, supplies, equipment and staff.
