• PhD in below mentioned areas from recognized University/Institution.
• 10 years teaching/research experience in HEC recognized University or a postgraduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field a National or International Organization (At least 4 years experience at Post PhD).
• 5 years post-PhD teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field a National or International Organization.
The applicant must have 10 publication (with at least 4 publication in the last 5 years), in HEC recognized categories “W,X,Y” journals.

- Embedded Systems: Experience in Digital Logic Design, Digital, Computer Architecture, Microprocessor/Microcontroller Interfacing, Embedded Operating Systems, experience in
Embedded AI Would be a plus.
- Robotics: Autonomous Navigation with hands-on experience of ROS/OpenCV/Python. Probabilistic graphical modeling, pose – graph optimization, graph SLAM.
Experience of engaging/publishing with flagship robotics conferences such as ICRA, IROS, RSS is desirable. The department has established robotics labs with necessary robots (PIONEER P3 DX, Dingo – D), Sensors and GPU – enabled computing facilities.
