Qualification and Experience:
16 years education (Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree) in
Computer Science/Soft Engineering/IT Discipline or Equivalent from any HEC
recognized university.
Minimum three (3) years
of full stack development and related technologies with demonstrated experience
in leading teams to make enterprise level web applications using modern
technologies
Key Responsibilities:
- This is
full stack development role with no artificial boundaries of Development and
Operations and supporting development across the software stack will be
required.
- Experience
and capability in translating non-technical user requests into complex
technical specifications and solutions that meet these requirements.
- Document
functional specifications or update existing functional specifications
documents to reflect changes that are necessitated by a change in users’
requirements.
- Create the
technical design to the assigned module to meet the requirements.
- Produce
professionally documented working code following the Coding Standards that have
been decided at the project outset.
- Design
unit-test plans for the assigned module and get them approved from the
development team lead.
- Execute
unit-tests against developed modules to check for their correctness and
completeness.
- Diagnose
and correct software defects identified as a result of self-executed software
tests or by the Quality Assurance department.
- During
production, execute regression tests on the corrections.
- Follow the
related software development processes outlined in the university SDLC Standard
Operating Procedure.
- Spend time
in self-learning and training activities.
- Identifies
up and coming technologies and innovations to leverage within new software
experiences.
- Mentors and acts as a resource for peers with
less experience.
