Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Computer Science, Management, or related
field.
Experience:
6 years experience in full life cycle project management or program
management or related field.
Two years relaxation in experience in case of
Master’s degree (18 years).
Key Responsibilities:
.1.Responsible
for all aspects of the development and implementation of the learning
management system
2. Facilitate
task planning, release planning, daily stand-ups, and demos
3. Prioritize
project tasks to meet major milestones.
4. Identify
and manage dependencies with systems, engineering, and coordination teams.
5. Proactively
manage project conflicts and removes impediments/blockers in order to keep
teams highly productive.
6. Demonstrate
up-to-date expertise in project management and apply this to the
development, execution, and improvement of learning management system.
7. Manage
and guide the team through project lifecycle on best practices.
8. Actively
contribute to process improvements.
9. Proactively
identify gaps in resource plans or project objectives and facilitate
resolutions with exec management.
10. Provide
metrics and status to exec management.
11. Align
project to objectives and needs of the university.
12. Model compliance with
university policies and procedures and support university mission, values, and
standards of ethics and integrity
Additional Requirements:
a. Two
years hands-on experience in developing web applications using modern web
technologies.
b. One
year experience in implementing advanced learning technologies.
c. One
year experience of working in an academic environment.
d. Excellent
oral and written communication skills and capability of motivating team
members.
