- Masters in Biology with No Second Div in the entire academic profile from any HEC recognized University.

- At least 05-08 years Relevant Teaching experience preferably in O Levels

- Preference would be given to individuals with M.Ed/B.Ed

Key Responsibilities

- Experience of planning lessons, delivering lectures and assessing students in the domain of biology.

- Able to run laboratory sessions for experiential learning in addition to the classroom study and research for teaching at different school levels.

- Ensure the implementation of the children’s safeguarding policy.

- Develop strategies to guide positive children’s behavior.

- The ability to teach gifted and talented children.

- Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic, and safe.

- Help develop teaching goals for the school and its teachers.

- Undertake administrative tasks as required.

- Able to break the complex concepts to both students and other members of staff.
