Qualification / Experience
- Masters in English Literature with No Second Div in the entire academic profile from any HEC recognized University.
- At least 05-08 years Relevant Teaching experience preferably in O Levels
- Preference would be given to individuals with M.Ed/B.Ed
Key Responsibilities
- Able to teach the essential rules of writing, reading, listening, and speaking in the English language.
- Able to teach the principles of English language, with the help of different teaching methods.
- Plan of course activities and materials.
- Understanding the requirements of the national curriculum and English language for teaching at different school levels.
Additional Requirements
- Create positive learning environments including resources based on child-directed learning.
- Ensure the implementation of the children’s safeguarding policy.
- Develop strategies to guide positive children’s behavior.
- The ability to teach gifted and talented children.
- Build open communication with children, families, and staff.
- Observe and record children’s growth, development and behavior using electronic portfolios.
- Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic, and safe.
- Help develop teaching goals for the school and its teachers.
- Undertake administrative tasks as required.
- Able to engage students through innovative teaching techniques.
- Being resourceful and creative to engage students.
- Able to break the complex concepts to both students and other members of staff.
- Sound technological skills and listening ability
- Excellent written, communication and problem-solving skills.
