Qualification & Experience:
Master Degree from HEC Recognized University.
Minimum 7 years experience of Assisting Senior Executive /Officers
Retired
Armed Forces Personnel (Lt Col / equivalent) with requisite experience are also eligible to apply
Key Responsibilities:
To
exercise administrative control over technical / administrative/Financial
matters of schools.
To
ensure that all employees of schools adhere to the office timings as per NUST rules
Ensure
implementation of NUST Statutes, policy and SOP on behalf of the principal.
Ensure timely submission of reports and returns of concerning schools
To
coordinate aspects concerning administration of Adm/Tech Staff & faculty
(i.e., leave record, discipline joining, data maintenance etc.
Responsible
for the safe custody and security of all the documents.
Administrative
arrangements for open House / other such functions.
Maintenance of
Buildings/fixtures/furniture etc.
Responsible for provision of stationary items
and other materials related to general administration of school Implementation
of Postings in/out of staff
To
coordinate and provide transport to officers, faculty and students during their visits.
Protocol / Coord of the visitors.
Liaison
with other relevant Dtes/Institutes/Schools/Gov. offices for resolving admin problems/issues related to faculty and students
To
handle discipline matters of students & student’s code of conduct, (dress
code etc).
Any other task assigned by the Principal

- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than two years’ service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, may apply through their respective parent department / organizations.
- Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
