- PhD/MS/MSc with specialization in Chinese Studies, Chinese culture, history, philosophy, politics, economy, governance & diplomacy.

- Teaching/professional experience at Undergraduate/Postgraduate level within Higher Education Sector.

- Proficient (oral & written) in English and Chinese language.

-    Preferably Chinese National.
