Qualification:
- CA
- A member of recognized body of professional accountants (ACA /ACMA) OR
- A person holding a Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance) with 10 years of experience
Experience
- Preferably 05 Years of Relevant Experience
- Well versed with IFRS, Companies Law & SECP regulation. Fully understands the Secretarial Functions and requirements of compliances with applicable law & rules in regulations.
- Candidate with diversity of experience from large companies of both Public and Private Sector will be given preference.
