Qualification / Experience
BS in the relevant discipline in Engineering / Engineering Management from a reputable local/foreign HEC recognised university
Minimum Twelve (12) years experience in a similar role in public or private sector knowledge-based organization/ Research Centre/higher education institution.
MS in Engineering Management, Project Management or MBA from HEC recognised local/foreign university.
Minimum five (05) years’ experience in a similar organization.
(Key Responsibilities)
a) Provides all-rounded support to tenants from pre-move in, move-in to move-out, such as handling enquiries, coordinating logistics arrangement and introducing NSTP & services to new comers
b) The Manager Operations is responsible for the maintenance and smooth running of the physical premises of the park and grounds.
c) Manages complaints of tenants and manage their resolutions.
d) Monitors STPs facilities and services, assists on the building’s consumables stock control, maintenance services and refurbishment of building premises
e) Maintains a central master record for STP related policy, procedures and documentations, and makes recommendations to improve the Park’s operations
f) Communicates and work closely with vendors and contractors for office reinstatement and cleaning services
g) Implements policies through development of operational procedures, and managing personnel related matters of the STP.
h) Directly, and through subordinates, manages the operations and maintenance of the STP including: setting standards for acceptable levels and methods of the park’s operations; conducting inspections of area; recommending and implementing new projects and improvements.
i) Manages difficult situations and unusual problems involving interpretation of policies and reviews complaints from stakeholders and recommends solutions to supervisors
j) SME Innovation & Linkages: Connect the SME / Anchors with appropriate academia / network
k) Acts as a Security Officer of the NSTP building.
l) Consolidates and maintains a central record of all vising officers, students, tenants’ guests
m) Shares responsibility with the Manager Allied Services for securing the premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
n) Compiles reports by recording observations, information, occurrences; interviewing witnesses and obtaining signatures and put up to GM Operations.
o) Performs any other duty as assigned by the General Manager
