Qualification / Experience
- ACCA/ACMA/MBA/ equivalent
- 3 to 5 years experience in relevant field
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure revenue assurance generated through different streams of student’s fee.
- Pre-issuance reconciliation exercise of semester fee and hostel fee invoices
- Perform regular reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams.
- Managing any issue that potentially impact revenues, from identification to quantification leading to resolution.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement best practices and define error resolution processes.
- Work closely with ICT team to develop and ensure new tools in line with best practices.
- Ensure month end accounts closing and bank reconciliation in Odoo in accordance with pre-defined format.
- Resolution of financial reporting issues as raised by staff with respect to deficiencies in Odoo.
- Preparation of various reports as required by senior management.
- External Audit coordination and liaison w.r.t fee section.

- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than two years’ service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations. Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
