Key Responsibilities
- Compiling inventory reports. Submitting reports to senior management in case of any discrepancies found for their information and decision.
- Conducting annual stocktaking and condemnations/auction for smooth operations.
- Checking of store items according to the ledger balance every month. Attesting/ indicating all ledger entries.
- Managing Dtes/Br/Sec demands on daily basis. Managing/Monitoring issuance and receipt of item via receiving vouchers and issue vouchers.
- Maintaining record of repair/maint of 28x photo copiers of Main Office NUST.
- Getting approval of samples (stationery, Janitorial, I.T, and Furniture etc) from competent authority and users. Managing inventory and its record/ledgers. Checking items held in store against demand before procurement.
- Responding correspondence/queries inside/outside NUST regarding store.
- Training and educating store staff on ERP system.
- Preparing schedules for staff members to make sure all tasks are properly assigned for a week
- Taking important part in the implementation of ERP system in P&LP Store and Procurement sections.
- Any other task assigned by Dir P&LP.

- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than two years’ service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations. Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
