BCS/BIT/Software Engineering/IT or equivalent from HEC recognized university. Minimum 01 year experience in managing open source content management systems. Candidates having IT/CS Degree with management experience or Management degree with useful exposure of IT will be given preference for this job. 

Applicants shall have excellent academic background. Good communication, interpersonal, presentation skills. Candidates shall have project management expertise, ability to work in team, is comfortable in conducting training.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Preparation and issuance of meeting minutes. 

-Provides training and give feedback to Faculty/staff. Arrange meetings to discuss project related matters and prepare minutes. 

-Provide support on telephone, email, forums and online support system. 

-All project related documentation that include but is not limited to project SRS, Website contents, write up of events, progress reports, ensure availability of information to all stakeholders etc. 

-Preparation of Ad for hiring, equipment procurement etc. and ensure timely publication. 

-Maintaining record of all project related activities. Shall maintain the contact information of all stakeholders in sister institutes and do the necessary coordination for deployment of LMS.
