CA (finalist) / ICMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent with 4-6 years post articleship (from CA firm) experience or 10 years post MBA (Finance) relevant public sector experience. Candidate must possess knowledge of GAAP and financial policies and procedures. Must have strong grip on applicable tax laws in Pakistan. 

Knowledge regarding accounting software and applicable Government rules and regulations will be preferred. Individual must exhibit ability to multitask and be able to manage and administer specific tasks, possess strong communication skills, be able to supervise and liaise with Government departments.
