Qualification
Essential
- MS/MBA from HEC
recognized local/foreign university/institute
- Retired Armed Forces Personnel (Brig/Equiv) are also
eligible to apply
Desirable
- MBA HR/MSc HRM from HEC recognized foreign university.
Experience
Essential
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in Human Resources Management /
Administration / Organizational Development in any reputable university/ organization
Desirable
- Experience
of strategic HR planning/ management/
development of employees of an academic institution.

Excellent knowledge of HR function;
the principles, practices and procedures of Human Resources Management.

motivate a team in a fast-paced dynamic academic/ education environment.

Well conversant with MS Office and
HR related software.

Demonstrate ability to recruit and
retain high quality university staff.
Ability
to work with multiple priorities at the same time and handle unexpected
situations successfully.

Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST
employees with less than two (02) years service with NUST and / or absence of
NOC from Head of Institution.
