Qualification

Essential
- Law graduate from HEC recognized local/foreign university/institute
- Retired Armed Forces Personnel (Maj /Equiv) are also eligible to apply
Desirable
- MBA / MSc HRM from HEC recognized foreign university in addition to graduation in Law.

Experience

Essential
- 04 years of experience in a litigation firm or service industry, i.e., Higher Education Institution

Desirable
- 07 years of experience in related field in any leading HEC recognized University/ organization
- Experience of Human Resource Development functions

Additional Requirements 
- Ability to provide prompt & accurate legal advice.
- Knowledge of legal procedures / law regarding suit of recovery.
- Excellent organizational & management skills.
- Good interpersonal, leadership, communication & IT skills.
- Knowledge of anti-discrimination, women harassment & labor law in theory & practice
- Knowledge of devising training modules, identifying training needs, conducting training & searching training opportunities for the Workforce
- Active approach towards continuing professional development

- Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:-

- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than two (02) years’ service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a degree.
- Medically unfit.
