Qualification & Experience:
B.E in Electrical Engg. with at least 15 years relevant experience in solarization projects up to 4 MW with preferably 5 years senior management role
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
a. To provide leadership in developing 4MW grid connected solar PV system at NUST main campus in Islamabad
b. Capable of effective consultation and services for documentation, negotiations, evaluation and supervision of the project
c. With sound knowledge and experience in design, supervision and monitoring of the solar PV projects of relevant scale
d. Experienced in preparing comprehensive tender document and to evaluate the bids for technical and financial suitability from the EPC contractors under the power purchase agreement
e. Proficient in commercial negotiations with the finalized firm for EPC award of contract and supervision of EPC in fulfilling the awarded contract and guidance to client on related matters
f. Should have complete knowledge of rules/regulations regarding net metering system as per GoP policy
g. Possessing strong ethical and professional standards.
h. Awareness of rules of electricity supply companies and public sector organizations such as PPRA, will be added plus
i. The candidate has to be excellent team player and skilled enough to meet the deadlines.

- 3rd Div in academic career.
- NUST employees with less than two (02) year’s service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a degree.
- Medically Unfit
