Education/Qualification: -
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field with a 3 - 5 years of experience in PHP development, with a focus on LMS customization and management.
Desirable
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field with previous or current experience at HEI(s)/online learning modality.

Essential
- Proficiency in Moodle LMS development and customization using PHP.
- Experience with WordPress management and integration including third-party APIs integration, and WordPress key plugin development.
- Familiarity with various collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Asana.
- Strong analytical thinking skills to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, contributing to a collaborative environment, sharing ideas, and accepting feedback.
- Creative, passionate, quick thinker, driven by energy and enthusiasm.

- Implementation of payment gateways
- Moodle certifications
Key Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of our Moodle-based LMS using PHP and other relevant technologies.
- Manage WordPress content and ensure seamless integration with the LMS.
- Support, troubleshoot, and enhance LMS functionalities. Coordinate with other IT resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement e-learning strategies and ed-tech solutions.
- Utilize collaboration tools to facilitate effective student support channels.
- Analyze system performance and user feedback to continuously improve the learning experience via learning analytics.
- Support the entire digital ecosystem for online learning.
- Stay informed about trends in educational technology and recommend innovative solutions.
- Design initiatives to improve the student experience in online environments.
- Perform any other duty as assigned by General Manager.
