Qualification/Experience: -
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Computer Arts, or a related field with a minimum of two (02) years of experience in Graphic design and Video Editing.
Desirable
- Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Computer Arts, or a related field with previous or current experience at HEI(s)/online learning modality
Required Skills: -
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and motion graphics.
- Experience in video editing, including a good sense of timing, pacing, and working with audio.
- Ability to solve complex problems and create user-centric solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, contributing to a collaborative environment, sharing ideas, and accepting feedback.
- Creative, passionate, quick thinker, driven by energy and enthusiasm.
- Prior work experience in a production house is desirable.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Design and produce compelling graphics and visual content for online courses, marketing materials, and social media platforms.
- Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for broadcasting. Material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to translate concepts into visual storytelling.
- Ensure all visual designs adhere to our brand guidelines and communicate the desired message effectively.
- Ensure high-quality production standards and adherence to project timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in audio/video production.
- Perform any other duty as assigned by the Studio Manager.
