Through Concerted efforts, it has always been tried to build up faculty in our University to meet the academic requirements. Tenure Track System (TTS) of HEC gives the chance to further strengthen the ability of University to attract and retain erudite faculty at NUST. TTS offers freedom of extramural activities and teaching. It also provides sufficient degree of economic security to make the profession attractive to men and women of ability. NUST has recently adopted the TTS by transferring the existing eligible faculty to TTS and will also be recruiting the faculty on newly adopted system.
