Qualification
Essential:
- BE (Civil Engineering) from a HEC recognized university.
Desirable:
- MS (Civil Engineering) from a HEC recognized university.
- Retired Armed Forces personnel Col/Lt Col (or equivalent) with requisite experience are also eligible to apply.
Experience:
Essential:
- Minimum twelve (12) years relevant experience of construction and maintenance.
Desirable:
- Fifteen (15) years relevant experience of construction and maintenance.
- Ex-army Officers from Corps of Engineer, served with Engineering organization in the field of Const of Building and roads especially from NLC, CWO, DW&CE, Housing Dte and various govt ministries.
Additional Requirements:
Individual must be able to:
- Possess excellent knowledge of CDA Bye-laws.
- Fluent in preparation and evaluation of PC-Is.
- Experience in planning/handling of PPA projects.
- Thorough knowledge of PPRA rules and PEC regulation.
- Should have functional knowledge of scheduling, risk analysis and Auto CAD.
- Hardworking and dedicated officer.
- Possess excellent experience of civil work especially building works.
- Have flexible approach to work.

- Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons: -
- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than two (02) years’ service with NUST and / or absence of NOC & recommendation from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted & issued Offer Letter. Other candidates with good profiles may also be selected as “Reserve"
